Daffan has been a leader in design-build delivery of projects in northern Virginia for over twenty (20) years. Our successful portfolio of completed design-build projects has included manufacturing, distribution, retail, office/flex, warehouse, maintenance, church, aviation and recreational facilities. These projects have been provided for both public and private facility owners and developers.
To support our design-build program, Daffan has established a tested network of subcontractors, material suppliers, design consultants and related service providers,. This network enables Daffan to confidently custom tailor our package of services for each client, each project, in order to produce the most reliable results for our clients. From site selection, permitting and conceptual design to value engineering, quality control and building commissioning, Daffan's design-build program consistently produces satisfied clients!
The newest feature in Daffan's design-build program is our specially design Daffan Project Development Process ("D2P2"). D2P2 uses a series an interactive process to pinpoint the project status, the services being provided by the client, the services that Daffan will need to provide, and highlight specific project goals and potential challenges. Using the special D2P2 matrix in a few informal sessions, Daffan can match each project's special needs with a custom-designed package of services and industry partners to achieve the highest quality results!
